Bezpečnostné normy

Our hygiene measures:

 

 

Please only arrive at our hotel if you are healthy.

  • there are multiply disinfectant stations throughout the hotel
  • FFP2 protection/ facemasks obligatory for all our staff, also for our guests at generally accessible places
  • your tables (for breakfast and dinner) have disinfectant available for you exclusively and we serve as much food as possible by our waiters to your tables
  • all surfaces in the public area are cleaned and disinfected multiple times throughout the day
  • staff measure their temperature before every shift
  • we kindly ask you to not let your kids go to the buffet by themselves
  • in childcare, your children will be divided into smaller groups
  • this winter we only can take care of children without cold symptoms
  • should you feel unwell or experience flu-like symptoms at any time, please contact the reception
  • our wellness area is big enough to keep your distance
  • on demand we open the sauna area as well besides the opening times

 

Entering into Austria:

  • The '2G-rules apply: you need to be either vaccinated or recovered. 

 

 

 

Our cancellation policy:

 

If you are not able to travel due to Covid-19 related reasons, your stay is cancelled free of charge. For all other cases our general cancellation conditions will be applied.

 

Reasons for a cancellation free of charge are:

  • Closed border in Austria and/or country of origin
  • The country of origin issues a travel warning for Austria/Tyrol
  • Austria/Tyrol is declared a risk region
  • Upon returning home, travellers must complete a 10-day quarantine
  • A fellow traveller fallen ill with Covid-19 (with evidence of a medical certificate)

Our general cancellation policy:

  • If cancelled up to 28 days before the date of arrival will be free of charge.
  • If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

These conditions are temporarily effective until 1st of November 2021 ! For all bookings after 9th of May 2022, our general cancellation conditions are valid!
