• Child discounts: 0-4 yrs 100%; 5-9 yrs 65%; 10-14 yrs 40%; and 15 yrs-18yrs 30%, valid only when staying in a guest room or apartment with parents:
  All rooms can be furnished with an additional 3rd or 4th bed, on request. Children in a separate room enjoy a 20% discount.  Child ski package discounts: 0-4 yrs 100 %; 5-9 yrs 65 %; 10-14 yrs 40 % and 15-18 yrs 30 %.
• Arrival: Visitors arriving by plane should head for Innsbruck Airport; those arriving by train should alight at Innsbruck station. A member of staff will be happy to arrange your transfer from Innsbruck to any of the hotels in our group. Price: € 45 one way (advance booking required for transfers to and from the hotel).
• Pets: We charge € 10 per day for pets (no meals included).
  Please note that animals are not allowed in the restaurant or in the indoor swimming pool.
• Payment methods: you can pay by cash debit card or VISA or Eurocard.
• Bathrobes: We supply bathrobes in all 3 hotels. Laundry service is € 10 each.
• Booking: Your booking will be valid from the moment you receive our confirmation
• Bed and breakfast: Guests who opt for just bed and breakfast will be entitled to a deduction of € 10 per person per day.
• Baby facilities: Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, on request
• Massages: As our guest, you will have access to the massage rooms in all 3 hotels – the beauty salon at Activehotel Bergkönig is also available to guests staying at the Alpenhotel Kindl and Bergjuwel Hotel (prices listed)
• Parking: Free parking

In the event of a late arrival or early departure, you will be invoiced for 70% of the agreed half board fee. Austrian Hotel Contract regulations apply.
